9 Parent Reviews for Nova Classical Academy

For one we are overworked. Two the whole idea of a small nurturing environment is untrue. People act the same way as they act at any other middle school. Also I have not really learned anything, what we are taught is basically the same things that other middle school students are taught. All in all, ...  Read more

Nova is a great school. I have had three children there and we've experienced grades K-8. The faculty are exceptional and the school leadership is deeply committed and proactive. There is regular assessment of all aspects of the school and changes are regularly made in response to these assessments. ...  Read more

Exceeded my expectations! I for one am glad that the focus is on academics and not sports. My daughter was at the top of her class at a SPPS but had to catch up to other students at Nova. Now a year later, she's really blossomed and I couldn't be happier with the school. This school should be the ...  Read more

We had to wait a year to get in but it was worth switching. The academic focus and curriculum are excellent but what we have been most impressed by is the ability of the teacher to meet the needs of the students' changing ability over the year. The level of parent involvement required is high since ...  Read more
