The diversity, my daughter has friends from South east Asia, Somalia, Germany, Mexico, Spain, the US. The teachers are excellent, the school has many educational choices, many extracurricular opportunities.

I had an amazing experience at Central. Great teachers, programs, activities. The community was so vibrant: diverse, creative and supportive of a variety of interests.

I loved Central when I was a student there. I loved the quality of the teachers as well as the students and the variety of organizations I was a part of. These were the best four years of my life.

IB and Quest programs are outstanding, albeit with a few alarmingly poor teachers (burnout, perhaps?) thrown in the mix (perhaps to provide an enhanced 'real world' learning experience). Band and theater programs seem strong, athletics a mixed bag (but mercifully sane, unlike so many (suburban) schools.
