I guess rating two stars is very harsh. It is not necessarily the school that is the problem. The kids are just horrible. If you don't belong to the cool kids groups you are treated like crap. I did not feel loved or even liked by the teachers and many of them didn't teach well at all. Also a lot of the kids can be snoby and rude. I feel like it was a mistake to switch schools. My twin brother left Mattawan because bullies were being so mean and not being punished. Nothing was done about

The MEAP is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Michigan.
