As a former student and employee, I feel the overall teacher quality is poor. It's more political than what is best for the students. I don't think very highly at all of this particular school district. I have four children who attend Lakeview schools. I don't think the teaching quality is consistent. The new athletic field was obviously not budgeted properly, classes had to be dropped or eliminated last year. Children should be educated at school. I would much rather see a pay to play sports program, rather than cut back on educational opportunities for our children. After all, how many of them grow up to be professional sports pros versus successful working people of our community. Read less
