i loved furitport when i was there it was the best time i was always having fun with band and drama club and other things i stikk wish i was there but any ways fruitport is and alsome school one of the best

I rate my school a four as a Freshman there. Again, the Athletic Foundation receives far too much of the schools income which is very frustrating because we will need new textbooks sometime soon. More drop outs than I care to discuss... I had to call them for attendance issues, they never contacted me when my child was having major issues! Kids run that school!!

I graduated from Fruitport in '05, and since then a new cafeteria has been added, finally allowing almost everyone to sit in a chair, instead of someone else's lap. The curriculum is outdated. Our school, I belive, has good teachers who go more in depth in subjects and work hard to make sure every student is where they need to be.By taking longer on a subject they do get below the ciriculum but it gives every student a chance to learn what they need to learn. Fruitport Schools is way behind on their curriculum, since the late 70's when they lost their milage they have not been able to regain their status, the teachers rely more on the parents to teach the kids, giving alot of homework and don't spend the time needed on the kids that are under achievers, spend ...  Read more

Fruitport High School doesn't have many college level classes and doesn't offer many advanced classes. Also it doesn't offer many different kinds of courses.
