I moved here and have felt that this school has brought my child down. The principal has been there a long time but does not make him great. I actually find the principal to be rude!! I just read some of the previous reviews about the lack of attention to special needs kids & I just want to say that, not only were the teachers, guidance counseler & Mr. Foster instrumental in identifying my son's difficulties, they have been extremely vigilant in making sure he receives the supports

There are practically no extracurricular activities. Kids neither have the opportunity to learn a second language nor to learn how to play an instrument.

I agree with the school lacking in anything for special needs children. I don't know if it has so much to do with the school or with the school district, as I have had no problems with the principal at all. If you have a normal child, by all means, come here.

This is a great school in a small, close-knit community. The teachers and faculty are wonderful. Mr. Foster (the principle) in such a caring and hands-on administator. We just moved from the area and we certainly miss this school.

THis is the most outstanding school in the Kittery system. The leadership and staff are caring and centered on student needs. My daughter has made tremendous gains academically and I am very pleased with the academic program.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
