We feel fortunate to have had school choice and have our son attend JBMHS. Bapst fosters learning and achieving above everything else. Extra-curricular activities are abundant and provide for a well-rounded student.

My youngest son went to John Bapst and it turned his life around. He became a very good student. he is respectful and motivated, and is now at UMO and will be joining the Air Force Reserves this summer. The teachers are a blessing, the activities and sports are great, and he didn't even mind the dress ...  Read more

As a former student, I transferred to John Bapst and was amazed how much better everything was. The staff, the students, the quality of education. I was there briefly, but greatly miss them all. They are a model for every school. If I ever have kids, that's where they're going.

I recently graduated from John Bapst and now attend college. I never realized how different John Bapst was in comparison with other educational systems until I came to college, where my professors seem to teach sloppily and illogically compared to my educators at John Bapst, and many of my peers seem ...  Read more

I'm a sophomore at Bapst and I love it. All the teachers care and are there to help. I made so many new friends my freshman year and they've helped me grow. It's a great place to go to school and get ready for college. It's hard to practice for sports but it's worth it. I know that I'm getting the education ...  Read more

My two daughters attended JB and graduated recently. They both went on to college (one currently and senior and another freshman). They both remarked how easy college was after attending JB. The papers they wrote were graded highly and the profs. were impressed with their abilities. The same comments ...  Read more

My child loves this school! It's respected as a place where college preparation is the first priority and extracurricular activities follow. There is a beautiful hall for concerts and dances, but no fields or gym for sports, which hampers those programs (they do have an old 'dungeon-style' gym which ...  Read more

Wonderful school! Both my daughters are new this year - freshman and sophomore. They absolutely love it. They love their teachers who they describe as fun and enthusiastic. They get a lot of homework, but do not feel overwhelmed, and are excited about how much they are learning. They tell me that all ...  Read more
