I am a current student at the calverton school and i am really enjoying it. I play soccer lacrosse and basketbal in hopes o playing lacrosse in collge. At calverton i thinkthat you get the attention that is pivotol in being a great student. If you have a problem te teacher always try and help.

My child attended Calverton from 4th through 10th grade. The curriculum and quality of instruction in the lower and middle schools were generally very good. The upper (high) school did not seem to be rigorous enough to prepare a student for college. The school day was unstructured. The sports programs

My son attended The Calverton School from K-12, graduating 2004. He applied to 3 colleges and was accepted at all 3 and offered scholarship money from each one. But aside from that his 13 years at Calverton helped him to grow into a solid, caring, well educated man. He is in College now and doing

I have 4 kids currently enrolled, 1st - 9, all since K or PK. The leadership is excellent. The new Head is bringing in fresh ideas and is working hard to implement new programs. The division heads are outstanding. K is all day and the kids are reading by Spring! No class has more than 18 children
... Read more and in middle school the kids are broken into groups of around 14 for class. The individual attention is great. I hear weekly from their teachers and advisors and can walk in any day and discuss performance issues. All kids can play sports if they like and the program is growing every year. The best thing about Calverton is the atmosphere of general happiness and respect. Kids and teachers like being there. Children of all ages hold the door and shake your hand. My children have attended Calverton for several years. There are many problems that result from poor leadership that affect the school on all levels. The teachers do their best and are caring and knowledgable. The school's offerings are limited by lack of funding.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course.
