We moved to ocean pines md from the suburbs of Pittsburgh PA. Compared to the school district we were in...My kid's love it at showell. I am pleased with the education and attention my kids recieve! because of this school district we would never move back to PA

My child's attitude has always been positive about heading off to school each day.To me this says it all. He has been lucky with having great teachers, but feel that I am lucky in this regard. I think maybe a couple of teachers who have been around for many years forget that our children are very precious

We moved here about 10 years ago from newark, de. (where all of my family lives), our oldest then was 4. I was very unhappy and homesick until our son started kindergarden at Showell. We are now, 10 years later, putting our third and youngest child through Showell. We couldn't ask for a better school

Fantastic school! My daughter is in her third year with her third fabulous, highly competent teacher. They really CARE about the students there. The school has exceeded all of my expectations. Great play areas and cafeteria too. The school nurse is WONDERFUL and so kind to the children.

Showell has the most professional staff of educators. I am a proud parent of a soon-to-be first grader and she was given the love and support that she needed to have a super kindergarten year. I commend her teacher and all the others for their hard work. Showell also has the best PTA I have ever seen!

We didn't move to Berlin for this school in particular, but it would have been worth it. I love that the school places so much importance on character, even announcing children's good deeds over the loudspeaker in the morning announcements! This is definitely a place that encourages good and responsible

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
