Perry Hall Middle is an amazing school. I have gone there all three years and I think that the teachers, administration and overall vibe of the school is outstanding. I wish that i could go to Perry Hall for the rest of my years in school. Go PHMS !

PHMS is the largest MS in the county. Administration has done a fabulous job of improving security and encouraging safety. It is up to your child and yourself to help your child further in school, mentally and academically. The teachers job is to teach and get to the point. School takes practice and it takes time to study. That is where you and your child come in. You need to be able to sit down at home and cover all areas.
... Read more As far as the whole pick up thing, I think almost every school has a bit of trouble with that. not All staff stays after school and not Every parents has trouble picking up their child. I love this school, my parents wanted to move i said no way the teachers are so nice. I made so much friends their. Some of the teacher's thier do get an attitude with the student's but some dont. Art at Perry Hall is very good they teach you step by step. The parent involvement is well not very good
... Read more because it seems like there is alway's a rush in something. Students have some issues we get in a fight almost every oter day. We disobey some of the teacher's and they dont do anything about it. But one disadvatage is that teacher's give lunch detentrion for gum. now you know that that is wrong we should be able to chew gum. we are old enough to not put gum under seats or choke. in chorus and bend it is a exception. Read more the coach class to pick your child up they cancel the class, I don't hold PHMS, at very good state I don't feel that the teachers care enough for the kids in class, and they don't take time to tell the parents what is going on in class to help their child. This school is a great school. For instance, the principal is very positive and the school itself is very high tech. The teachers are always willing to help the kids and get them to a higher level. The teachers also like to have fun with the kids when they are teaching, but always gets to the point.
