South Shore Christian Academy

As a parent to four boys who have attended since preschool, I cannot recommend SSCA enough. The teachers, the small class sizes, the chapels and the competitive sports teams combine to prepare your child for college or a career with a well rounded, Christian world view.

Parents BEWARE: this is NOT a Christian school. This school is ran exactly like a Charter school. No discipline or structure for the children who misbehave. My son spent a few short days in the school and each day he witnessed kids snapping pencils, throwing backpacks, and yelling at teachers. This child continued to heavily disrupt the class and nothing was ever done.I pulled my son out because the environment was terrible for his well being. The school is now chasing me down, taking me to court IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC trying to take what little I have for money. All because they have poor leadership and structure within their classrooms.Pathetic and Greedy. Go elsewhere.

My son started SSCA in Pre-K 1. He just completed Pre-K 2 and will be going on to kindergarten. The teachers and staff are 100% caring and attentive. They genuinely love the kids and it’s such a supportive and safe and nurturing environment. As a single mom this gives me such peace of mind to know my son is being so well cared for. He loves this school. He is being taught morals and values at home and it is consistent with what he is learning at SSCA. Great school. Highly recommend!

Excellent school. Teachers are the backbone of this school. There's honestly nothing they wouldn't do for a student. I've seen their dedication and commitment in action time and time again.
