I am currently a Sophomore at Xaverian and I have loved my experience. Xaverian offers a wide range of courses for all levels the teachers are great (for the most part) and you get lots of one one one time. The class sizes are about average. My only complaint is there are a few (I can think of two of ...  Read more

As a parent of a freshman, I am not impressed with the character of some of the young men who attend this school and am wondering why they were accepted. I witnessed a group of students ridicule some students who were cut from a sports team. Unfortunately, the coach chose to accept those students who ...  Read more

I'm another parent who's two sons have gone through Xaverian. One graduate in 11 and the 06. Two different souls both thrived at Xaverian. One sports, the other a club maniac. It seems that there is something for everyone there and the school builds character in young men. My boys are 24 and 20 at this ...  Read more

Xaverian is an excellent choice that I strongly reccommend. My son went to Dedham Public before Xaverian was always excited to come home. Now, he begs me to not pick him up. Xaverians proves an awesome experience for my son, and I am sure it will prove so for yours as well.

The teachers are great, everyone is really nice and friendly towards one another, the academics and athletics are top-notch, and people value and cultivate character.

Xaverian Brothers High School is an excellent choice for a boy who values education, morals in life, and also athleticism. It doesn't matter if you're Catholic or Protestant or even Jewish, the school offers an excellent Theology course, has extensive centers for math, language, history, and more, and ...  Read more

A Xaverian education is about much more than lessons learned in a classroom. Ask an alum about XLI.

I have had two sons graduate from Xaverian. It is fine for a narrow set of boys who are good at academics and sports. Expanding their views or sparking intellectual curiosity is not part of the program. The arts/music programs are paltry with barely a staff that is hardly qualified putting in minimal ...  Read more
