All of the faculty and staff are excellent and they make me feel elated as soon as I walk througth those double gates. Sports is a big thing there too. The only thing that i say is that we need so more core classes, honors classes, and more extra-curricular activities. I give my school 5 stars and I am behind it 100%. I would recommend for any parent to send their child. Read less

As a teacher at LHS, I believe that this school is amazing. You can only do so much with the resources that you are given and this school does the most with the resources it's given. Discipline is handled very well, the principle works very hard, and the teachers are dedicated to helping students.

I am a freshmen at Livonia High School. I transferred from PCCHS in early November 2008. Compared to my previous school, LHS is Heaven. The classroom noise level at PCCHS was ridiculous; At Livonia, I am able to learn comfortable. Also, there is little drama here; Everyone seems to be friends.

Tch. Livonia is becoming marginally better, I suppose; especially with Principal Gueho. Still, with all the foolishness going on with the school board, this school is sorely faltering, due in no small part to the students themselves, who show little desire to actually pass school and better themselves,

* In 2007-2008 Louisiana used the Graduate Exit Examination for the 21st Century (GEE 21) to test grade 10 students in math and English language arts and grade 11 students in science and social studies. Advanced Placement

Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
