Its ok for a school with uniforms but there may be techers that are unfar in homework. It has a lot of ativites like Golf, track, girl/boy baseball, basketball, and they just added a choir. They staff are nice people and there is a place for ed students like me who are slow in classes or slow leaners.

My son is a graduate of Belle Chasse High School, and my daughter presently attends. There are many clubs and activities for students to be involved with. BCHS is an excellent school, with dedicated teachers and staff, and a principal who was selected as Louisiana's Principal of the Year in January 2004. There's much to be said about the content of the curriculum and the involvement of the students in the school and community.

* In 2007-2008 Louisiana used the Graduate Exit Examination for the 21st Century (GEE 21) to test grade 10 students in math and English language arts and grade 11 students in science and social studies. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
