I've had 3 children attend this school. It is one of the most sought after schools in the area. Teacher turn over rate is non existent and Dr. Silvertooth, the principal, is a treasure. The class sizes tend to be maxed out due the high interest in this school. However, the education my children received

* In 2006-2007 Kansas used the Kansas State Assessments (KSA) to test students in grades 3 though 8 and 11 in reading and math and in grades 5, 8 and 11 in writing. The tests are standards-based, which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Kansas. The goal is for all students to score at or above the state standard.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course.
