Morally and academically CCS does a good job. However, there is a gap between what our local public schools offer both academically and in extracurricular. There are no choices for advanced students to do higher work then their peers and sports are very limited. I think considering their size, they

But we feel strongly that the size is a problem, not for younger students so much but as your child gets to the middle school age they need to be introduced to more diversity and real life situations that you can help them navigate before entering high school. Having only 5-10 students in an entire grade does not afford them this opportunity for growth. Our phm public school system is an excellent alternative as long as you have a strong, christ centered home and church life. Read less

Our school excels at encouraging each child, whatever their level, to do their best. I look for individual attention for my kids, not just in small class sizes and dedicated teachers, but because I have twins in the same classroom. We have always said that CCS is a real family where you feel God's love upon entering the doors. Covenant is a good school with solid Christian teachers who care about their students. The academics were strong and growing stronger. The school is growing, both in its program and hopefully the building. Parents are welcome to be very involved. They offer PE, music, art, computers and chapels.

We have had a child for the past eight years. CCS does a great job at every level. Curriculum is top-knotch and draws from a variety of sources. All the teachers have been just terrific and great Christian role models who apply the Christian belief system into their lessons. Parent involvement is encouraged

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School

Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
