... Read more got expelled last year and I know for a fact that I've become more Violent because of how angry Mr.Biggs makes me with all his stupid rules and regulations. School was fine when I first entered in 2007 as a freshman when Mrs.Pepa was the Principal. Now, I hate this school with a Passion and my Mother, who works at Munster High School, says that Morton is the lowest of all the schools in Lake County. ... Read more transistion to 'uniformity of color' created, the way I saw it, an even more hostile environment than we had before. I didn't know if I was going to sit through a whole school day or have to go home because someone was going to try to burn down the bathroom. On the bright side, however, the theatre program seems to really be picking up, as well as other extracurricular activities. The teachers and police officers jump to conclusions about why you are in the hall when you are trying to perform a simple task for a superior. They spent more money on building our new football

Because there are students who aren't so dedicated and positive as the rest of the student body it takes away from the children who actually try. Bring back powder puff games, the fun pep rallies, cute dances, and fun after school activities. Stop takeing the fun out of school. I went to this school 5 years ago and a lot as changed since then my younger sibling still attends this school and is fearful every day to go to school. Things need to be done before they get worse! This is a wake-up call to the people in charge that things may need some revising make school a safe place

This school is terrible. The wrong kids get in trouble for the wrong things. Staff is rude to not only the students, but my parents. Staff also seems careless. * In 2008-2009 Indiana used the Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress-Plus (ISTEP+) assessment to test students in grades 3 through 10 in English/language arts and math, and in grades 5 and 7 in science. Advanced Placement
