I graduated from Hammond High in 2007, and I miss my school. It's not fair that people say a school is bad or people should send their kids to Gavit or Morton. It's crazy because they are all the same, lol. They are all older schools who all need to be rebuilt. The teachers and staff at Hammond are just ...  Read more

HHS is an okay school. The teachers are great though. The student body is horrible. They lack school spirit and are unsupporting. There is a never ending anger in HHS. But again the counslers and teachers are top of the line. I believe that we need a new principal though because of the way the students, ...  Read more

This is a really nice school! The only 2 problems that I have is that there are a lot fights in the school and that kids have to walk in front of the cars when they are trying to drive around to park or to leave the area.

I attended Hammond High School and from what I had heard I was not looking forward to going there but the staff and students changed my mind. There is a comment about how the girls dress. I am not a parent, but I am a former student of Hammond High School. I am with the class of 2000. Hammond High has its share of problems as with any other school. I believe that if the school get some new young teachers who are eager to teach and can get the students involved. I believe that the school ...  Read more

My children went there. The teachers let the kids do whatever they want. The girls always wear innapropriate clothing and they never get in trouble. Some teachers are prejudiced. Many kids get harrassed in that school and nothing is done about it. If I could do it over again, I would have sent my children ...  Read more
