Come this fall I will have a 4th grader and a 1st grader. My daughter went to a different school in K and 1st grade (it's a school that is supposed to be the 'best'. Our daughter is now in High school and frequently wants to go back and see her teachers. (She was transferred to Northwest in 3rd grade.) This is my sons first year at NW. I have noticed that the children there are treated like 'numbers' and not really dealt with on a personal basis. I guess I'm not use to this school district. my daughter is a 4th grader and for the most part the school has been good. There are a few issues I feel they are pretty slow at addressing.
