I am going to be a Senior this coming fall and I feel that LWC has really helped me to find myself and be prepared for the future. They offer so many classes and activities that it is hard for a student to not be active. I might harp on Lincoln-Way, but the truth is I really do love it.

I graduated from Lincoln-Way Central in June 2008, and I immediatly missed it. Because of the activities, the great teachers, and the great community that surrounds Lincoln-Way, high school was easily the most fun I have ever had in my life. I went into high school with a resentment towards education,

... Read more always a but) what really irritated me throughout my 4 years at LWC was the administration staff, and this isn't JUST the opinion of a student. Even my parents and numerous other parents I have spoken with can agree that the rules and regulations are a little 'overboard.' For example: 3 detentions just for taking a drink out of your water bottle? It's like the rulebook goes on foever, and whats shocking is that my parents agree, and their as about as strict as it gets. -- overall, a great academic experience! Read less

This school is amazing and I'm so happy to have been able to go there. No matter who you are, you can find a place to fit in because there are so many clubs and sports teams. I have met so many amazing people through them and the coaches are great. All of the students have amazing pride in the school.

There's also a lot of great (and free) tutoring resources for if you're having trouble in your classes that are so helpful. I love going there so much because it feels like a huge family rather than just any highschool. Read less

Wow! I cannot believe what this school has to offer. It is an amazing school that creates well rounded students. They have high expectations for all of their students, and they push students to achieve their personal best. Teachers are supportive and do what ever it takes to motivate students. The school
