I'm currently a junior at MCHS. It's an okay school... but I wish it had so much more. It's nice because you are constantly surrounded by a small-town feeling yet Morris isn't that small of a town. Everyone is friendly and we're probably one of the most competative schools when it comes to football.
... Read more I agree with working on the science programs though. I bit more diversity in sports would be great. They're also canceling the French program after this year. I love the sceduale, I only have 4 classes a day and since the classes are so long, teachers are able to go over more and explain things better. It's really helpful for the honors and AP classes. Each teacher has a really unique fun personality. I've yet to be bored by any of them. The principal has been really rude to my parents though (and I'm an honors student). Read less

I attended this high school from my sophomore year until graduation, and in comparison with another high school I attended as a freshman, MCHS is exceptional. Do not take the two star review seriously; obviously the writer of said review could not be bothered to use appropriate capitilization and spelling,

A sub-par student with little drive and little responsibility will not thrive in a school where hand-holding is at a minimum. The building is older, but is also fairly well-maintained, and I found most of the teachers to be competent and relatively helpful. Read less

I found this school well run. The building is older, but very well cared for, and the same can be said for much of the school's property and equipment. The teachers are generally involved with the students' needs, and overall the school atmosphere is very good.
