My daughter joined Woodview as a kindergarten student this fall and couldn't be happier. She is enthusiastic about every experience and each weekend cannot wait until the next school day! She is learning the basics in a manner that is fun and engaging; we couldn't be more pleased with her teacher.

My twins are currently enrolled in 3rd grade at Woodview and my 5th grader attended from K-4th. This school is wonderful, the parent teacher communication is very strong and encouraged. Parent envolvement in all activities are also encouraged. The school is also very community orientated. The school

Read more has a great program that assisits children who need help reading like my twins do, I assumed this was because of the no child left behind act, but have recently come to find out that Woodview school offers these great resources as an extra steps beyond this. When my oldest first started Woodview did have limited funds, butthey have come a long way. The school day now ends at 2:15, art and music are back and addition to the school is almost done and the mobiles will soon be gone! Read less

This school has been fabulous for my daughter who has ADHD. She started 1st grade on level and ended first grade at a late 2nd grade level. The teachers were incredible. The art, music and PE programs have been reinstated. They have computer lab once a week. I couldn't have asked for better resource

This is the oldest of the elementary schools in the district. As with the others the instruction focuses on standardized tests, so cursive handwriting, art, music, physical education, and other non test based elements are facing pressures. This location has the oldest facility, continues to extend use of 'temporary' mobile units and has playground equipment which is very dated. Unfortunately Woodview has chosen to delete its music and art program in light of budgetary concerns. Do not let the student to staff ratio fool you, it is more like 1:28 in the classroom. Other than these major concerns we have been pretty pleased with Woodview.

Advanced Placement
