The staff at Wendell Smith works extremely hard everyday in order to educate their students. I have one child at Wendell Smith. There is trully a need to get back to the 3R's (Reading, Writing and Arithmetic). How about longer school days to be used to assist the children in the 3R's. I agree, the School Board should close Wendell Smith (which can be done during the summer months) in order ...  Read more

The teachers don't care. They have no respect for the students. They are not interested in teaching the students. The Board should step in and close this school and re-open it with all new faculty. It used to be a wonderful place.
