Student here for two years so far and the biggest problems so far are the lack of understanding and communication between students and administrators, punishments that are disproportionate to the crime, a principal that is rarely seen by students, and very low funding. I live closer to the northwest side of chicago and live quite a ways away, but I really enjoy the education I'm getting, I like most of the people that go to my school.

As the parent of a child enrolled in this schools IB program, I can honestly say that I made a very poor decision in sending my child to this school for her education. Unfortunately, I based my decision on test scores and reviews, rather than what I saw and felt whilst visiting the campus.

I am in the IB program at Lincoln Park. Students of diverse cultures get along excellently here, and there are many clubs and activities to get involved in for everyone. Sure, we get a heck of a lot of homework, but that shows we can indulge in a brighter future. :]

Lincoln Park H S is basically a good school in comparison to some of the other CPS high schools. The emphasis is placed on the needs and performance of the IB, Honors,Double Honors, and the Performaing Arts students.
