Gordon Tech High School is a below avergae school. Many of the teachers show no importance towards students that are struggling with their classes. Our family could only afford GT for my first three years of HS. But, the results lasted me a life time. Great teachers that truely cared about the advancement of every student showed. This school set me straight on what was needed to excel in life and how to face adversity. I can't thank them enough.

What I like about Gordon Tech is that the teachers care about the students. I have a freshmen at Gordon and when she is maybe slipping alittle, I get a personal email from her teacher. I was not sure how I would like Gordon for my child. But many things have made me see that Gordon DOES have your childs

This school has been a big disappointment. The teachers are average. They present the material, but not in an interactive or exciting manner. They really have no support system for struggling students, so they ask them to leave and then are able to keep their college rate and graduation rate extremely
... Read more high. I was told I would receive 1500 in financial aid and that they accepted my son. Then two weeks before school began, they told me only my daughter and no financial aid. I was told donors make the decisions and I don't make enough money but if I came from a two income household or made more yearly, I would not be a liability and would receive financial aid. The communication has been extremely poor from the beginning, except with the counselor. If your teenager needs no attention or guidance, then this school may work. Read less

I never fully realized how incredibly valuable the level of high quality education was at Gordon until I graduated. The levels of maturity and intelligence I achieved dwarfed many of my college classmates, as well as my coworkers at present. The teachers at Gordon taught more than just curriculum.

A school that can provide for any child. Shop classes for those who will not attend college. Advanced classes for those who will go to college. It's also gone coed so young woman can take advantage of the school and it's great facilities.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Before/After School

A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
