Most people would say this school is one of the best and safest, as a student, I know otherwise. People are bullied daily, it is absolutely uncalled for. the school is vvery diverse in its student body, and as such, when someone sees something they aren't used to and don't like, they usually have a nasty
... Read more comment to give about it, usually involving some cursing and unneeded gestures. the school lunches are terrible, no offense to the people in the lunch room, but money is put into giving pay raises to everyone else when it could be used for materials and betterment of lunches and such. The board has lost all sense of reality and are using money unwisely on things that shouldn't be paid for in the first place. The school could use some work. Read less

Our school isn't perfect but even with all the constant change in leadership over the last several years our test scores have remained at or above RESA in many areas. If I have any concern it would be the apathy toward school and towards taking pride in what you are doing that I see from more and more

As a student at BHS, I think it's only fair that someone within the 'uppercrust' of the authority ask some of us 'kids' about what we need. There was a review written about our school being really safe- sadly, that's not true. Kids get in fights all the time. Small kids are thrown up against lockers

That's really safe... For some strange reason our school system does seem to find enough money to add on to the administration's (or the new coaches') paychecks but seemingly not enough to feed our students more than six walnut-sized chicken nuggets for a main course. Spirit and morale have gone WAY down since I started at BHS... Read less

in my opinion the school has gone down lot. im a new transfer student to the school tis year, and i moved there because i heard that the shools were some of the best. but so far all i see is that the money is being used unwisely and some of the treachers should not be teaching because of the way they

Students at BHS are very blessed to have the kind of dedicated staff and teachers they do. If a student is having trouble, he need only ask his teacher for extra help. I have never known a teacher at BHS who did not offer to come in early or stay late with a student. If a student is willing to work

Berrien High used to be a all well rounded school to attend. Now the kids are having to ajust almost every year to a new principle, that is not fair to them. Some of the teachers do not need to be teachers with the way they handle their classes. Some thing a lot of improving.

The food served is atrocious. The teachers are GREAT but the administration and board have completely lost touch with reality. My child's senior year will be most unmemorable. The missing fine arts programs have been half way corrected.

The last person who responed was correct. The money is being used in a way that does not seem fit. Im not really a parent. im achually a student. And i agree with the last person who put her input in. I think the school should use their money more wisely.
