My child attended SGES from K-8th grade. I have watched SGES grow into a solid educational institution with the most qualified and gifted staff and administration I have ever seen. I am a public school educator and chose SGES for the solid, college-prep curriculum as well as the foundation the school

They cared about what was going on in their lives and made an effort each day to help them become the best that they could be. The environment is nurturing, yet challenging. The children are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones knowing someone would be there to pick them up when they fell. The environment is set up so it was 'cool to be smart' and 'cool to be kind'. My child was extremely prepared for high school and has excelled in all areas. Read less

However, knowing both students and teachers at other public and especially private institutions I do not feel that it is more prevalent than other schools. Our time at the school has been very pleasant and our child has enjoyed the school too! Read less

I would have to agree with the first review submitted by a parent. Our experience wasn't good at this school either. Too many mother's of the children that attend the school work there. There has been a lack of leadership. Some of the faculty is truely great but there seems to be a negative atmosphere

My child has attended other well known private schools in the area and I feel that finally we have found the school he should have been in all along. St. George's has treated my child with nothing but respect and kindness and the staff have all been very kind and helpful to me as well. The teachers

My child's education is very important to me and I feel that for the money I spend I am finally getting a great education for my child and it is worth every penny. Read less

Not a good school. Very unfair to it's students and has poor leadership and test scores. The school has had a new headmaster every two years over the last ten years. They do not treat all the children equally. Things are not done correctly. Really an unhealthy environment.
