Better prepared students really need to be in the TARGET program which employs two outstanding teachers, Mrs. Simpson and Mrs. Buckley, who will push and prod good students to become better. I had four children at Keheley and loved it. They have had some great teachers and some that were ok. They also really enjoyed the PE teachers, Art and Music. ... Read more approachable. It is a very close nit school with 100% PTA participation. The Target class is only once a week, but they make it fun, educational and it helps you to think outside the box. I believe every child should be able to participate is classes like the Target classes-they would enjoy classes more and you just learn a lot of neat things. Read less

Two of my boys graduated from Keheley as now my youngest one just started. I can't say enough about this school. The teachers are excellent. The parents are very involeved. The school offers great programs. I would recommend this school by far!

This is the elementary school where you will want your child to be K-5. There is a very high rate of master degreed teachers and the number is increasing all of the time. ... Read more very active and involved PTA at Keheley. Children's safety and student achievement are the number one priorties at this school. The staff are committed to the well being and academic success of the students. I have had three children go through Keheley Elementary and they have all had different needs that have been met or exceeded while attending. There are many programs that are offered and the TARGET, (gifted) program is exceptional! * In 2007-2008 Georgia administered the Criterion-Referenced Competency Tests (CRCT) in reading, English language arts and math in grades 1 through 8 and in science and social studies in grades 3 through 8. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
