The year(s) prior had parents night out, after school movies, dances, etc...we miss those things. Also, Parent Involvment seems to be down. We have a wonderful PTA, but the school needs the help of every parent in order to be successful. This is my second year as a parent of a child attending this school. I had a hard time with my daughter last year wanting to come home. She cried, wouldn't get out the car, and just made every morning unbearable. The help that I got from the staff to get both of us through this was remarkable. This

Mrs. Kirby was her kindergarten teacher last year and she is by far on the top of my list for her teaching qualitites. It takes compassion and patience to do what they have to do everyday. I was blessed again this year with Mrs. Atcheson. I konw that she is going to be an A+ teacher as well. All the teachers are exceptional and I would have been comfortable with anyone that my child would have gotten. Great job teachers! Keep it up! Read less
