My daughter attented hiram elementary the 04-05 school year. She was in mrs.Morrison and ms.Craig's kindergarten. Any time there was an event or anything the i always felt very welcome. Morgan always had fun at school but learned. When school let out for the year she could read very well. Now in 1st
... Read more grade she can read chapter books. Also i had an issue with one of the books that she brought home from the media center, mrs. Clemmons (the principle) listened to me and handled the situation very well. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. We moved last year and now she attends another great school. The whole experience there i will never forget. Hiram elemmentary was the first stepping stone in my daughters education. It was great! Read less

My daughter attended one of hiram elem 3rd grade classes last year. This was our first year in a georgia school.The teachers and all the staff were great. We are back in texas and my daughter still talks about the school and ms johnstone. Thanks for everything.

There is not enough nice things to say about Hiram Elementary. My daughter started kindergarden in 99 and has had nothing but wonderful experiences at Hiram. I have a son going into the 2nd grade there now and the love, attention, teaching and mentoring he gets and that my daughter got are outstanding!!
... Read more I would not have wanted my children to attend any other school. The teachers and principal at this school are dedicated to your childs needs and academic growth. My children will have wonderful long lasting memories of their elementary education all due to Hiram Elementary and their staff making is such a wonderful place for children to be!!! Read less

... Read more I know a lot of that is because of the wonderful teaching environment Ms. Morrison has provided for him. The school itself is a little old, but I know they've been fundraising all year to improve the playground for the children. The few times I've been there, there always seems to be plenty of supervision for the children, everything seems clean and neat, and there are lots of the children's artwork decorating the halls which gives it a colorful and happy feeling. My child attends Hiram Elementary School and I wanted to share my experience with other parents. I have never met a more respected and genuiune Teacher than Dr.Baker (2nd grade teacher). My son is in Dr.Baker's class and he has never been so adamant about going to school and doing his work. Not just
... Read more doing his work but doing it neatly, correctly and in a timely manner. I have seen such a change in his perfomance and I do believe I owe it to Dr.Baker and his teaching style. Advanced Placement
