The front office always seemed to know everything too and were always nice when I came in. We will miss it! Ms. Yarmoluk is my daughter's first grade teacher at Holly Springs Elementary and she is a wonderful teacher. She exudes patience, sincerity and individuality that carries over to her students. I lost my husband shortly after our move and the school's staff with its resources and kindness embraced us

The (ASP) After School Program was there for us and the Counselor, Ms. Nesbitt provided true guidance for my daughter. Unfortunately we will leave this area shortly but understand what a great team and School district can offer when supported. I agree with all of the great reviews given here. My son started Kindergarten here, after having moved from N.M. He's very intelligent and inquisitive, so I prayed for a school that would challenge him. Holly Springs does that, and so much more! They picked up on his special skills and had him tested

Next year, the kids will get to 'loop up' with Mrs. Buff! I'm so excited they will get to have her another year. My daughter entered this school in 1st without knowing how to read. The Principal along with teachers and myself worked with each other and now she has exceeded the limit for reading, english language and has obtain a level 2 in math. We are new to Holly Springs this year. We moved from New York. My daughter is in the 1st grade. She has had exceptional instruction, loves school, and we have been very pleased with the high quality of the programs. Staff is excellent however, it appears they lack the support they deserve. As class size grows there are more issues with disrepectful students from K-5th grade and teachers are limited as to what action can be taken taking their time to deal with those issues instead of teaching. Many students seem to come from above average income famlies but below average parent participation (outside of PTSO events) during school hours and parent acceptance of responsibility for childs actions. Both of them have adored their teachers for the last two years as well as I have. Outside of making them feel welcome

Anytime an issue arises, whether it's good or bad, I have received phone calls and/or notes from the teachers to keep me informed of what's going on. I appreciate this because it allows me to stay on top of everything that's going on with them even though I'm not there. Advanced Placement
