I wasn't too pleased when my child started this school and still not. The is the school my child has to go because of where we now reside. When you've had the best anything is less. Anything to make the parents life a little easier. A big turn off for me was the after school program and the staff/procedures. School will be starting soon and the staff isn't there for Q&A, it's not organized and definetly not friendly.Hopefully they will take this constructive critism and work towards a better schooling for parents/teachers and students. There aren't a lot of extracurricular activities, but teachers cannot do it alone. I've seen teachers stay very late doing planning, preparation and grading papers. Most spend a lot of personal money on supplies. If parents want festivals and such, I'm sure the PTA would be grateful for volunteers. Read less

The school itself academically is great. The staff is wonderful. As far as doing anything for the kids, they don't. No fall festivals, or anything. If it doesn't make money for the school then they don't do it.

The CRCT is a standards-based assessment, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Georgia.
