This is my first tine submitting a review to any online forum. However, I was compelled with all the good reviews about Roland Russom Elementrary that I just had to add mine. No, the school is not good. It is excellent. We are immigrants and black family and felt uneasy with our kids being in a at-first-glance

She doesn't fail to amaze me how she calls our children by their first name effortlessly regardless that she is not their immediate. The kids are given enough homework, parents are heavily involved in their children education, the staff and teachers are polite. When we relocated to another country, our children were depressed. This is one of the best schools around, no doubt. Read less

My son started Kindergarten at Russom 2006-2007 school year. It was a difficult adjustment at first as he was coming from a Montessori program. I was impressed by the devotion the teachers and staff showed the students. My son brought home some of the niftiest art projects and gifts! It got to be rather exasperating by the end of the year! Read less
