I have a child that goes to YACS and has for at least 5 years. Great spiritual growth. However, they are not equipped to deal with gifted or extreme creative kids. They are made to feel that they are immature and are pulled from honors classes or not given the opportunity for honors classes. This

This was a rough year for my 5th grader. YACS is becoming more prone to cliques. This is not a factor that I thought would come into play at a Christian school. It definetly affected my child's ability to concentrate throughout the year. Hopefully next year will be much better.

I used to go to yacs, the administration has contol issues, and are manipulative and untrustworthy. They don't alow you to follow God as you see fit and if you disagree with them on anything they try to destroy your reputation.

Today is the first day of school for Young Americans and we a so thankful to an alternative to Rockdale County's cruddy public school system. I think Young Americans is an awesome school. My children love to go to school there. The teachers seem very concerned about the students accademically and spiritually. This is our 5th year there and my children hope to be able to graduate from there.
