labs, creative writing and math manipulatives. I know my child will be able to start high school with confidence and with Christian values. They have also started a sports program with volleyball, soccer and basketball. The Kool Klubs are great, they offer Science, music, art, etc... My favorite thing of all is that my children love to go school everyday. They know all the teachers and the Principle knows every childs name. On first appearance, this schools seems to have everything that we all want for our children. It is small and cozy, staff seems to care about the students, and with activities such as spanish, chapel, computer lab and bible lessons you may think that the overall curriculum is above the public school's

standard. Take a closer look, however, and you will see that the basics of critical thinking, writing and reading comprehension are greatly, lacking. They are also very weak in science. Weigh this decision very carefully. Christian values are very important, but your children need knowledge as well to pass highschool and get a job. Read less

I have 2 kids in this school and they love it. The teachers work with the children in ways I have never seen before and wish my teachers did the same. They actually love going to school and and that is something to talk about with a 10 and 8 year old! The christian principals are strongly encouraged

My daughter went to Pre-K here this school year and the school and staff won us over. We are sending 3 daughters for the next school year. It is a great Christian atmosphere with lots of fun learning. My daughter really loved her teacher and her awesome TLC and great ideas that made the class so fun

I am very happy w/ the abeka ciriculum and the extra projects the teachers come up with at the school. They offer kool klubs from science to music to art and others that my daughter has just loved to attend. We currently do not offer sports but I know it is something they are adding next year.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School
"Extended day" programs where the school day is extended before and after school to accommodate working parents. These programs should not be confused with common after school clubs or athletic activities.
Gifted and Talented
A school system may identify 10% to 15% or more of its student population as gifted and talented. A brief description of each area of giftedness or talent as defined by the Office of Gifted and Talented:

Vocation/Technical Curriculum
Vocational and/or technical courses offered within a comprehensive school, usually a senior high school.
Special Education Classes
A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
