I was a Student at Seminole for a Semester and Loved it! The Band program was awesome! I Was pulled out by my mother because she didn't think it has a good flow of population.

I am an alumni of Seminole High School and would like to thank a few of the teachers there. The school overall was like any normal highschool, you have your trouble makers, and your cliques at any public school, but any young teenager looking to fit in somewhere, definately will at seminole high school, ...  Read more

I graduated from Seminole High School in the year 2007 and I must say the school is probably one of the top high schools in the state with the majority of teachers who actually care about your piece of mind and a principal who is constantly involved. I would recommend this school to any student. It was ...  Read more

I am very confused about the parent who says she is never notified if her child misses classes at Seminole. My phone has a message on it the very same day that my son misses telling me he was not in school. That is an automated thing and if she is not getting the message, she needs to see who is erasing ...  Read more

Overall, I believe this is a good school. There are some amazing teachers but there are others who care very little for the student. If you are placed in a class with a poor teacher, the administration will give you the run around and do little to nothing to resolve the problem. They are more concerned ...  Read more

My daughter has been going to school now for 2 years and is graduating this year. They still have not transferred her credits from her old school so we don't know what her GPA is. The counselors are slow at what they do and don't give the students correct information about what they need to take to ...  Read more

I think Seminole High is a great school. It is a safe school and the teachers care about the kids.

This school does not feel responsible for assisting the students or communicating with parents. They feel your child should be responsable for themself and if they have any issues there solution is to send them to Oak Park or Bayside. They are unwilling to help. If you have a well adjusted teen with ...  Read more

As a gradute, I know I may be a little biased. BUt remember high school isn't always easy and I had my share of rough spots. I cannot rave enough about the colorguard/winterguard programs, the marching band and the art department. they have helped shape who I am today, a well adjusted reponsible soon- ...  Read more
