Kid's Community College is a small school that is growing. There have been concerns about changes at the school with teachers, and administration. I sent my daughter to this school based the excellent parent review, turned out to be not quite what I expected. I can't judge other teachers' quality, but the teacher of my daughter's class is a young graduate freshly out of college, does not have much experience in teaching, also not very friendly

this is one of the best School there is in Florida. The dedication and love the teachers extend to the students goes up and beyond all others. The desire and drive to see every child to succeed in life is so improtant. My son attends KCC and I do not want him to be at any other school. I love KCC.

* In 2010-2011 Florida used the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) to test students in grades 3 through 10 in reading and math; in grades 4, 8 and 10 in writing; and in grades 5, 8 and 11 in science. The FCAT Writing results are displayed separately on GreatSchools profiles. The FCAT is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Florida. The FCAT has 5 achievement levels, with level 1 being the lowest and level 5 the highest. Florida considers scores of level 3 and higher to be on or above grade level. The goal is for all students to score at or above level 3.
