My daughter has been here since 1st grade. She loves the teacher, and has been doing great since she started there.

Excellent school. We have had children there for the past 8 years. This is our favorite school in the county and we believe that it will be shut down. That is another bad decision from the school board. Samsula has a great staff, great teachers and Mr. Oleck is a great principal. Shame on the school ...  Read more

Nice neighborhood school. Good teachers and staff. Small school with good test scores.

I think this is the best elementary school in Volusia County. It is small and that makes a big difference. It is easy to talk to your teachers and other school staff. You feel like you are part of a family. The students get more attention than they would at a bigger school.

It's smaller size makes Samsula School a really nice school. The principal really takes an interest in the kids and seems genuinely concerned for them. All the teachers are familar with the students and know their students and their names (even when the child is not in their class). They put education ...  Read more
