As class president, I can attest to the fact that FAA has really been a good school. We have a variety of activities throughout the school year and many events for students to participate in. To the Dances, games, pep rallies, and more we really have things to do when where not focusing on our studies.

I have one son that graduated from FAA in 2007 and attended the school for three years, and another that is going into 10th grade and has been there for three years also. We always gave our sons the option of attending only if they wanted to do so, and after going to our local school and visiting countless
... Read more other private schools they always opted to go back to FAA. It s very difficult to have the kids away from home, but the experience and education they get is worth the challenge. The staff is stern but fair. They do have fun in addition to all the work and they make friends for life there. I love the diverse group of kids from all around the world and the best experience we have had is with the teachers. They are excellent! Read less

My son came to the Florida Air Academy last year. He was disorganized and lacked a sense of responsibility about his school work. Scott spent the summer and the 2007-2008 school year at FAA and he is a changed young man. He is mature, responsible, and very respectful. Thanks FAA for all that you have

My daughter experienced a tremendous boost in self esteem this year, contrary to what usually happens to girls in Jr. High. Small classes, a lot of personal attention, teachers and staff who care, lots of extracurriculars to get involved in.....The boarding facilities are receiving a complete update

The boys are very nice to and respectful of the girls. She has been a day student but wants to board there, to have the 'Full FAA experience.' What a great year it has been for our son at Florida Air Academy! As an overseas student, he was apprehensive when first starting there last August. Now he wishes he had started much sooner. He has learned so many important lessons during his time at the school, i.e. how to organize himself, juggle
... Read more academics, leadership duties and sports. He has developed some wonderful friendships not only with fellow classmates but with teachers as well, who truly care for their students. My husband and I were very impressed with the organization of the school in particular we enjoyed the Fall and Spring Festivals where we delighted in watching the parades and meeting so many wonderful people. The highlight of the year was the Mother s Day dinner and awards ceremony. Seeing my son receive two very special awards that day made me feel so proud to be his mother! Read less

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
