I have had two son's graduate from George Jenkins already and I have a sophomore there now. The entire staff at GJ truly cares about the education of each and every child. The principal knows all the students. They expect the best of every student and they help them to reach that goal. I would recommend ...  Read more

I love George Jenkins because it offers a array of classes, the campus is beautiful, and the people (staff/students alike) are friendly.

As far as the school's condition, it's excellent. Very nice quality buildings but the problem I had with GJHS was the fact that the school counslers suggested I quit and go to a trade school. I did quit this uncaring school and went to Lakeland high school and graduated over there. I feel that if you ...  Read more

As a transfer student, I have felt unwelcome and undesired. Don't let the facade fool you. This school is only good academically because most of the parents are college educated and have money. If I had had a choice, I would not choose to go to this school.

i love this school my kids started off and were definately worried about coming.they new that it was a wealthy school and we didnt have much money but just the same as anyone elses kids if they have a good personality they will fit in.

mixed feelings about the school, have two graduated and one still there. It is true about the rich elite feel from a lot of the students, and staff tends to talk at the kids instead of to them, but overall it is a good school.

I find the school to be in exalent condition and the staff and falculty to be top of the line. The school is open to a wide variety of classes the students are able to take and enjoy them with great helping teachers. The faculty is open to every students request and fullfiling them fully. The parents ...  Read more

I think that this school, is based off of a more 'wealthy' population, casting the mid to low income students down at the bottom of the barrel. All of the 'jocks' have a slendid time in high school while other students have it rougher and dont recieve the same care that the richer students do. I am appauled ...  Read more

This school is great with learning, but, the students are very spolied and misbehaved. If you're not rich, chances are your children will not enjoy this school. The staff are unfriendly. The pricipal always makes up rules that effects students enjoyment. You pay for the simple things, such as a privledge. ...  Read more
