There should be no reason why straight A students score average on the national tests. Our kids test scores are now in line with the national tests and we attribute that to St. Pauls, its teachers and Ms. Joanne Leskanic (the new school principal) who is bringing in the correct books, supplemental materials and encouraging teachers, students and staff. I sadly read the last post. Simply untrue. We are baptists. Our son has attended St. Pauls for three years. Never has he, nor any member of our family, been treated any differently. ... Read more issue that is of concern to any parent is a concern of the teachers and the administration. As for little activities, also untrue. Our son is a member of the boys basketball team and the boys softball team. Our niece is on the girls soccer team and a member of the National Junior Honor Society. This school offers every activity sanctioned by the diocese. We have been asked to help raise funds, as all schools do. No more, no less. The previous post sounds suspect. Anti-catholic? We enrolled our children in St, Pauls after a miserable experience with another Diocesan school. We could not be happier. The teachers are first rate and empower the kids to learn. Our children now have a complete curriculum and are scoring very well on their report cards and stadardized tests. The
... Read more new principal is implementing new policies and holding students, teachers, parents and staff accountable for education, discipline and communication. The administration has implemented advanced reader and, soon , advanced math. The Pastor is a blessing. He has his fingers on the day to day operations of the school and Parish and he has prioritized education. St Pauls is everything a parent expects from a Catholic school. ... Read more as well as Jr. Honor Society. Our sports teams have also acceled over the past few years. Many of our graduates are still doing very well at BKHS and BJSHS as well as public schools they are attending. My children have been at the school for 7 years now and would be crushed if they had to leave. They have truly been in a remarkable environment and have learned well above their grade level. The St. Paul's Principal/Teacher Leadership Team cannot be beat! My child has been at St Pauls since PK, now in 1st. With this wonderful teaching staff he has thrived academically and socially. This year, he has even noticed the leadership and organizational improvements and he appreciates this!

My son went to Ruth N. Upson for 2yrs and is on his 3rd year with St. Paul's and is doing much better scholastically. The principal and front office staff are extremely welcoming and know most every parent's name and face.

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
