This is a great school. The small class size is a huge plus and my child is doing great here. Because CFP is non profit, it relies on parents to keep it going, thus the fundraising. The Principal and the Director know each child's name which is a wonderful thing. We may not have a big athletics program,

CFP is a wonderful school. The majority of the teachers are of a very high caliber, highly educated and caring. It is a not for profit, ie not a business so of course there is fundraising. The school is great for the lower levels - but there is no money being put back in to offer things for the older kids. The sports program is a joke for the middle and high school. The amount of fund raisers here is ridiculous. At least 1-2 per week. I didn't expect to be nickle and dimed to death on top of paying a hefty amount for tuition. New students pop up every week, and others mysteriously don't return, and I'm starting to understand why. The school does a great job 'selling'

The parents and staff make you feel like your child is only worth their attention if you participate in every fundraiser. My son's teacher doesn't provide positive feedback on how he's doing. She only speaks to me when he's had a bad day, or when collecting $ for one of the many fundraisers. Very disappointing, and not sure where $ goes! Read less
