I have two children at the school and could not be happier with the staff administration. Highest perfoming school in Pinellas County! After waiting almost two years to get in, it was all worth it!!!Look up their scores and compare.

The best school in the county! It has the feel of a private school with uniforms and such, but the academics outshine any other school inthe county. All Online lessons are available for students and parents. Day to day information. Communication is awesome. This is our second year and we are thrilled ...  Read more

I am surprised at some of the bashing of this school! I have researched just about all of the schools in pinellas County and have found none that measures up to the quality of Plato Academy. The stats say it all: over 400 on its wait list, among the highest FCAT scores in the State of Florida...Also ...  Read more

Recently removed my kids from a private school due to financial difficulties and enrolled them into Plato. I can say I am very impressed with the curriculum and teachers commitment. Campus does need so TLC however I believe that is in the planing for 2010.

Plato Academy teachers are wonderful and they work very hard. I would like to see the Principal of the school be an educator. I would like to see the school in a better facility. The church is just a run down mess. Pinellas County Schools should allow a building for such a successful and growing ...  Read more

I recently removed my child from this school. It is true the teachers are wonderful, however, the administration leaves a lot to be desired. The principal is unfriendly and unapproachable. He does not make you feel welcome. If you have a concern, he does not want to hear it. My child's teacher did ...  Read more

I am a parent of 2 Plato students one will be entering the 6th grade and the other will be entering the 1st grade. We have no Greek heritage nor did we know anyone at the school. And yet, moving to Florida in the middle of the school year, we were met as if we had always been a part of the family. ...  Read more

I have had a great deal of experience in various schools throughout the state. I can say, hands down, that Plato Academy is the best. The parent involvement is plentiful. The staff and administration are always willing to put in that extra effort and it is clear that they work as a very tight knit team. ...  Read more
