I am a student at Southeast an I absoluely adore it. Being in IB, I find that although the program is challenging everyone is very helpful and amazing. We have fantastic teachers, great students and wonderful clubs and activites, that have been acknowledged locally as well as on a national and even global ...  Read more

I just started going to this school and I already love it. I disagree with whoever posted the the one star comment. I am in IB, and all they want is that the parents be more involved with their childrens lives. IB is hard, but so far worth it. I am learning so much and it's teaching me how to organize ...  Read more

Ill informed teachers are plentiful. There are a few good ones. The IB program is more hype than reality...would have home schooled...most are so out of touch it is scary and it is a shame that a parent has to be so involved for the student to get the education and schooling they are promised. Mr. ...  Read more

This is a great school. Every one gets along great! There are really no 'clicks' and we all seem to get long fine. It has very good teachers (at least in the I.B. program) and it has a nice campus, even though it is in the middle of a ghetto... Over all this is a great school!

I am a teacher at Southeast and really believe the education in this school is as good as it gets. The quality of teacher in this is school is exceptional and the IB Programme really prepares students to further their educations. I have had many students return and are very complimentary of the quality ...  Read more

Southeast highschool overall is a moderate school at best. If your looking to send your child somewhere they can receive a respectable education in technology, Southeast is definately not the place to go.

I am in IB and personally, I wouldn't have gotten through this year if it wasn't for the exceptional teachers here. Especially in the math classes the teachers are flexible to student learning style and use lots of hands on instead of just computer programs to teach for them. And my parents have never ...  Read more

SE High School is absolutely the worst. I'm an out of state non-custodial parent that received absolutely no help from anyone. This goes all the way up to the superintendent Mr. Dearing. A poor quality school that when a parent asks for help, the request falls on deaf ears. These children will go ...  Read more

I am in my junior year at Southeast in IB and I love it. The environment is great, the people are great, the classes are great. I hear about people from other schools being so unhappy, but you never hear complaints from Southeast students. We are the only worth-while school in the county. Our sports ...  Read more

I had one son in the IB program, Ms. O'Conner is the best thing at that school, he did well, but the registrar and getting transcripts and information for seniors is severly lacking. My IB son had trouble getting informatin for college. The school is ZERO help. My second son there is dual enrolled ...  Read more
