My child will be starting in the fall of 2009 and I have met the principal and teachers and so far I am really pleased and excited with this school and staff. Their teaching skills seem to be top notch.

This Charter School is excellent. The teachers are great as is the principal. The school has great parent involement which is necessary for a Charter School.

This is a special school. The teachers are passionate. They care about the students and want them to get the best education. More parents need to see that this type of school and teaching is good for the children.

The school is great. I know that alot of students learn alot. It is also great because we have music and spanish. All the teachers are wonderful.

* In 2008-2009 Florida used the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) to test students in grades 3 through 10 in reading and math; in grades 4, 8 and 10 in writing; and in grades 5, 8 and 11 in science. The FCAT Writing results are displayed separately on GreatSchools profiles. The FCAT is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Florida. The FCAT has 5 achievement levels, with level 1 being the lowest and level 5 the highest. Florida considers scores of level 3 and higher to be on or above grade level. The goal is for all students to score at or above level 3.
