... Read more fantastic teachers. The campus is bucolic as well, and is hard to imagine in a large city, but has beautiful mature plantings, a pond, green fields, and a secluded location. When you first enter the campus, you notice it is small. That is an advantage, since everyone knows each other and supports the school. Parents, teachers, even ancillary staff are friendly and kind. Chase academics are challenging. With 100 percent college placement, and top colleges represented, many AP courses and a fantastic music, arts and theatre program, Chase graduates get something special, an extremely supportive environment with great teachers, a beautiful campus and top academics. This is a great school. They have great teachers. But after they built the new high school, some things lack improvement. The Middle school is quite old, and is falling apart. ... Read more have hot-dogs, chicken patties, hamburgers, and friend chicken. I remember we use to have in 4th grade grilled cheese, tomato soup, chicken teriyaki. We now have nothing like that with our new lunch director. Still, i believe that the Middle School at Chase is falling apart. The teachers are really nice, and show attention to you, but they seem to lack a relationship that they care for you. The sports teams are great. The new high-school looks amazing. I attended SMMcT from the fifth to eighth grade. The academics of SMMcT's middle school program are superb and easily the best in the state. Through the help of SMMcT's outstanding faculty I was given the best preparation for high school she could have recieved. The humanities program of the Middle school
... Read more is excelent as well, students are given choices as to what area of art they wish to explore, whether it is wind ensamble, fine arts, or Theater. With the school's 'no-cut' policy, the after-school athletic program is a positive experience for all. The parent involvement in this school is as strong as well. Due to the smaller grade size (about 40-45 kids) I was able to get to know everyone on a personal level, and make some of the best friends i have ever had. Read less

There's a new Head Teacher so can't comment on that but I expect he'll be great. This is a friendly day school that turns out nice, confident, well rounded graduates. 100% college entrance.Fantastic faculty and very nice campus. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Once a student completes an AP class and passes a final comprehensive examination conducted by the College Board, the student earns college credit for the course. AP classes are specific and not to be confused with other higher-level classes such as honors classes.
Before/After School

Special Education Classes
A school or program within a school that provides services and training to students with moderate to severe mental and/or physical disabilities.
Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
