This is my son's second year at DATA and we love it! He has homework everyday and he loves it. The Principal is going on his second year and is 'shaking things up.' Excellent school of choice! My child is one grade level ahead in his reading. He has been going there since kindergarten. This school is great! Free full day kindergarten is unheard of in this neighborhood, and the teachers have high expectations for their students. I've heard that most kindergarteners are reading by the end of the year!

Denver Arts & Technology has great leadership in Dr. Griffin for the last school year. He instituted a band and choir program, a science lab and choices in after school clubs such as guitar, science, art, computers, tutoring, team sports through the after school care 'Oasis' program. visiong He

Denver Arts & Technology Academy's first 2 weeks have been packed with activities as well as diagnostic assessments. DATA has transformed. The school used to be full of students and parents who did not care about education. The school has ended social promotion and grade inflation. I am amazed at how this year collapsed can only blame the new principal who had ideas but no execution. Huge disappointment to those of us who have been through a lot with this school. Good luck to us all for next year
