This school gives students the opportunity to learn and grow in faith and academics. The staff is hands on with each students individual learning needs and creates an environment for students to thrive. My daughter loves the science program and learning more about the religious traditions.

In response to the student review of June 11, 2015, all I can say I have a difference set of experiences. Our graduates will be successful in high school after completing a rigorous course of study. Their graduation was authentic with awards ceremony an graduation fitting with our Catholic traditions. ij appreciate the feelings about sports, but the truth is it is difficult to field a team with a small enrollment. It is a great advantage to teaching and learning with a student/teacher ratio of 12/1, on average. St. Helena Catholic School is in the early stages of migrating to STEAM(STREAM) academics and focusing on knowledge and skills desired for college and career readiness. We are more than happy to host visits and answer questions because we believe the school stands out as an excellent choice in the upper Napa Valley.

As a student of st Helena catholic I'd like to say the 2015 school year seemed slow, deciving and a waste of money and time overall, before recent change in staff it was phenomenal, although small, our principal was reliable. This school year seemed as if they were more concerned covering mistakes than actually fixing them. They cut most sports that year with the words "we need time to settle in". It seems they don't notice the more time it takes for them to settle in they steal time from our education, I also would like to say the amount of disappointment that was made on the day of the 8th grade graduation ceremony it looked as if it was planned in a minute; not all the teachers were the either! It's a shame to watch my peers leave the school with nothing more than a flower. Our principal seemed barely of it. He attended the graduation but barely said anything for the ones of it. It was sad seeing the anouncing of the remodel of a piece of the church was way more important than the graduation. With everything that happened you might think how much more can had gone wrong, if I were to write all my issues with the school it would crash all of Google. There were only three eighth graders and there plaques weren't even done at the graduation. Id also like to mention the lack of effort put by our principal, he says we should have more respect for him but what is he to respect, a principal is supposed to be someone to look up to but he was a disgrace. He barely arranged anything, downgraded our school, and wasted our funds along so with time. You took one thing that can't be remade, time.

Its a great school from K-8th grade. The teachers are excellent and the principal is really good. He cares about the students. This school prepares you for High School. Small class size

An excellent school. Teachers and staff are warm, respectful, and connected with the students, including the principal. The students have great positive energy across all K-8 grades. They are well-mannered, respectful, and have great values. Students are encouraged by teachers and by one another. Parents are involved. Parent involvement is encouraged by the school and provides great opportunity to know the children, staff, school activities, and participate in the quality of education. It's great to see my daughter excited about her school, it's activities, teachers, and friends. She's even self-motivated with her schoolwork.
