My son Faheem went to Westmont for Kindergarten and Grade 1. He has Mrs Garcia and Uradomo. It was a wonderful experience for us. There are alot of ESL kids, however it was never an issue for us. Faheem made wonderful friends with them.Mrs Garcia rocks and has such a paasion for teaching, her classroom

This is na amazing school. Superior parental involvement. Great teachers and special ed programs. Dr. White, the princpal knows everyone by name. reat library and front office staff. Award ceremonies are held monthly and always filled with supportive parents.

Interesting statements made regarding no PTA. Westmont has a PTO and the people who posted oterwise must not have taken the time to learn more about it. ... Read more Spanish speaking but the volunteers we do have are amazing. We have more PTO sponsored events than many of the schools in the district with more volunteeres. We also have many other things that enrich our childrens experience. We have special ed programs that give our children empathy and understanding of others and they are l getting a good education. I almost didn't send my children here because of shotsighted negative comments from people who didn't do their homework, and I'm very glad I took a chance on Westmont. Read less

Westmont is an excellent school! My daughter has been going there since Kindergarten now moving onto 6th grade and she absolutely loves this school. She wouldn't miss a day for the world.

There are kids there that speak English as a second language, but they speak it well. It's their parents that have a hard time with English. If that bothers you, you should send your kids to private school. The parents that I have dealt with have been fantastic!

This school is a shame to the public school system. There is no PTA and no involvement from parents. I went to an award assembly and there were maybe 5 parents total at the thing. Very sad. My daughter will not be attending this school next year due to open enrollment in the district. Thank goodness!

It was interesting to me to see any positive things stated in regards to this school. There is no PTA because of no parent involvement. Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level.
