Our children are in both the elementary and middle school and we RCCS. RCCS has been a great blessing to ALL my children. We will continue to send them through middle school-even if it means sacrificing other things to be able to afford it. It is worth every penny to have your children nurtured emotionally

Having had a student in EVERY grade and as a former public school teacher, I can attest that the academics are far above the public school. We have been at RCCS for three years. We are mixed about the school. The Christian education is good and the environment positive, but the academics are lacking, unless you get the 'right' teacher. Our problem is that we don't always get the 'right' teacher as we can not tell them apart! The students
... Read more are NOT pushed to excel at their best level. If they are good and quiet (basically obedient) they will get their A. I would rather they EARN the A personally. Many fine families are leaving again this year, not just because of the economy. RCCS puts on the best show! Although, we can't help but wonder if those weeks and weeks spent practicing (not to mention all the parties they have) would be better spent on actually TEACHING. Just a thought! I have a second grader in RCCS. He loves the school. This is his 3rd year at RCCS, transfered from La Vorna Elementary, when he did not pass the intro exam to RCCS we had to put him back in Kindergarden. He did not struggle in Public school, but would have struggle there. At first I was insulted that
... Read more my son would have to do Kindergarden all over again, but now I'm happy because he's ahead of the game. I'm still friends with some of the mom's. And their child are in third grade doing the same work as my 2nd grader. Private school is about a year ahead, if you can afford it, do it!!! Don't let some jealous person talk you out of it. No school is perfect I've had a few issue, but education wise it's one of the best. Read less

I am a former private school teacher who is now a stay at home mom. We send our son to RCC and we are very happy with his education and with the teachers. Having worked in several private schools where there is no library, lunch program, music program or computer lab we feel so blessed to have these

Yes, you can always pick out the few teachers you don't agree with or like- but this is a solid school- NOT the mall where you always get what YOU want. This is LIFE and runnung into peole you might not have lunch with is noraml- doesn't mean you or your children cannot learn from them! What a gift to be able to attend a Christ centered school! I currently have three children at RCCS. Each of them went to preschool at Sonshine Preschool and then started at RCCS in kindergarten. Overall, we have been very pleased with their educations. The school is accredited by ACSI and the curriculum has been improved over the years. A Christian worldview

Our children have been involved in many activities, including an excellent band program. the worst school, we had been there over four years and it just kept getting worse. My child failed the entrance exam at another school when we went to move, my child had all A's at Rancho. The education is bad and the discipline is worse. Admistration is to blame for all of it. Dont send your kid

Advanced Placement
AP classes are college-level classes offered at the high school level. Adult Education Classes
Programs offering GED or equivalent courses for adults within regular schools, whether classes are held during evening or daytime schedules.
English as Second Language
English language classes for students whose first language is not English.
